Account Deletion Request - WorkChat English

Option 1: Delete account in app (preferred)

Open the app and go to: Settings → Profile → Delete Account

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to vp.work.ai@gmail.com

Include:

• Your account email used in WorkChat English
• Platform: Android or iOS
• Request type: Delete account and associated data

What data is deleted

• Account profile and authentication links
• Learning progress and user-generated practice history
• Device/account mapping data tied to your account

Retention exceptions

Billing records and legally required audit logs may be retained for compliance purposes.

Processing time

We process account deletion requests within 7 business days.
